Respite / Short Term Stays
Caring for a terminally ill loved one is no small task. The demands on the caregiver can be stressful, strenuous, and challenging. Caring for yourself is just as important as caring for your loved one.
Center for Hope patients residing in the community and their caregivers are eligible for 'respite care,' short stays in one of the Center's facilities for up to five days and nights (covered by the Medicare Part A hospice benefit).
Whether it's a vacation, business trip, or even a case of caregiver-burnout - whatever the reason, let the Center remove the worry of caring for a loved one while you are otherwise occupied.
Furthermore, the Center can accommodate patients who are not under hospice care by providing short-term stays for respite, recuperation, and transitional periods.
We understand that choosing a care provider is a difficult decision. The Center is available, 24/7, to answer any questions you might have at 908.889.7780.
