Hospice is a philosophy of care that focuses on the palliation of the symptoms of terminally ill patients and the support of their loved ones. Whether these symptoms are physical, spiritual, emotional or psychosocial in nature, the Center’s interdisciplinary team develops individualized plans for each and every patient, all with a compassionate understanding of the complex issues at hand.

At the Center, our goal is simple: provide the highest quality care possible. That high quality of care begins with our dedicated professional staff whose focus is your comfort and your loved ones’ peace-of-mind. It is their mission to ensure that your concerns are our concerns and that your views help guide the treatment plan.

The Center offers in-home hospice care wherever a patient resides, be it in a private residence, nursing home, or other assisted living facility.

Because of the nature of our service, the Center employs a unique Patient Response System that is designed to respond to patient needs at any time of the day or night. Being that visits are offered to each and every patient or family who calls, we have designed our service areas to be within a 45 minute drive from either of our Union County facilities.

Additionally, our residences offer ‘respite stays,’ short patient stays of a few days to relieve the main caregiver for any variety of reasons.
